The visual pollution of the urban or
rural landscape is a very serious problem that is bringing enough complications
to the health of humans and in some cases also of animals, this visual problem
affects people in both the emotional and the physical part and it is causing a
serious environmental impact in several regions of the planet.
But that is the visual pollution?
It is an over aggressive exposure to
visual stimuli repeated massive and steadily over time on human and non-human
individuals of a certain type of environment, it originates in the excessive
accumulation of raw materials, products of all kinds, waste (which also
includes other types of pollution) and all kinds of items created from human
activities such as posters, cables, posts, ads, banners, advertisements passes
streets, among many others, ranging continuously and progressively altering the
visual tranquility of the people and the harmony of the urban or rural
environment.
This type of pollution is very
dangerous because it enters the eye, attacks silently and is forcing
individuals to fall into an endless shekel that is slowly taking hold followed
emotional and physical conditions of high stress.
All the visual overload eventually
ends up undermining the quality of life of a person and if we add the dreaded
noise pollution, smog and pollution problems all the same man was created, it
is expected that no health effects are the best.
In the rural environment this type of
pollution causes the ecological balance deteriorates, causing native species of
the affected region are forced to withdraw what breaks the balance of the
place.
As noise pollution, visual problem in
theory this should be much easier to combat other environmental problems that
the planet has, but the big difficulty is that because it is a silent enemy,
not being paid proper attention and the effects increase with each passing day.
The solution again is back in the
hands of citizens and their rulers who have to take necessary measures to stop
this scourge that plagues humans silently but steadily and increasingly
strongly.
